U-16 Futures win all five games!!

The New Jersey Rockets U-16 Futures team “shines” in the end of season January 2018 Home Showcase.

In the five game series, the Futures won all five games and outscored opponents in total 24-7.  They played tough competition against the Blazers, Cyclones, Blades, IHC and the Skipjacks.  With this weekend’s results, the team’s league record moves to an impressive 27 wins and 7 losses.

“In the U-16 Futures division, any team has a chance to win against any opponent on any given day.  This means that the successful teams must play as one unit and our team is doing just that.  Everyone on the roster is contributing in big ways at critical times.  The hard work they have been putting in since September is really making a difference now.  For each game, it’s different players helping the team”, said Coach Armagan.

The U-16 Futures looks forward to Detroit for the Belle Tire Victory Mid-Winter AAA Classic to face some of the country’s best teams.
