The New Jersey Rockets provide a premier youth to junior hockey program based on the lifelong principles of teamwork, sportsmanship, education, and the respect for coaches, referees, and the opposition. Our goal is to have our players grow to be respected citizens while excelling at and enjoying the sport of hockey forever.

We are committed to having a winning culture for every team at every level. To achieve this we provide our players, in the appropriate age groups, the opportunity to participate in a competitive hockey environment that offers:

2. Extensive on ice skill development, off the ice strength training, and rest/recovery;
